Focused clinical fellowship and conditional funding evidence
The national Kolegium Obgin fellowship register explicitly names RSUD Moewardi as a provider of Obstetri Emergensi. The LPDP specialist-fellowship guide, revision 1 published 8 January 2026, separately lists RSUD Dr Moewardi for the same named programme under maternal-and-child-health priorities.
This is focused added-competency clinical training for doctors already qualified in Obstetrics and Gynaecology, rather than an initial specialty residency or a full Sp2 Maternal–Fetal Medicine qualification. The collegium framework sets a minimum duration of six months; the reviewed provider entries do not publish the exact schedule of this hospital’s track.
A hospital account dated 30 May 2024 records orientation for June/July 2024 across several OBGYN fellowship tracks, including emergency obstetrics. The six doctors in that account are the combined historical cohort, not six emergency-obstetrics seats or current vacancies. The programme list establishes provider/track identity; it does not establish a new admission round.
The collegium lists age, specialist-practice, registration, health, ethics and hospital-assignment requirements and supporting documents. Its register link creates a national membership account; the programme-selection step is inside the member dashboard. An account-registration link is not evidence that this hospital’s track is currently accepting applications.
Funding eligibility and training eligibility are separate. LPDP’s 2026 scholarship targets Indonesian specialist doctors and requires prior programme acceptance, fee information and an eligible referring hospital. The guide’s support components are conditional scholarship benefits, not an employment salary or guaranteed payment to every fellow. Its general 6–24 month domestic funding window is not the exact duration of this particular course.
The collegium labels its May–July 2026 timetable as an example. Those dates have not been copied as this hospital’s actual deadline or start date, and the LPDP selection calendar is not a hospital intake calendar. Current places, tuition amount, salary, clinical-language requirements and an international visa route remain unverified.
The framework describes a Sertifikat Kompetensi Tambahan and a recommendation for fellowship registration. These are distinct from completing full subspecialty training or automatically obtaining a new licence. The published phone/email belong to the national secretariat; no hospital-specific director contact is inferred.

- The collegium describes self-funded and government-supported routes.
